I was relieved from Company A and joined Company B one month ago, but I did not like the work culture at Company A. I have secured another job at Company C, with the joining date set for December 23rd (which cannot be extended). Today is December 21st. Company B requires a 15-day notice period during probation. If I abscond, I am unsure if I will receive my December salary from Company B (which I need to pay my bills). Can I join Company C on the 23rd and still receive a salary from Company B? Would this pose an issue as it may be considered dual employment for one week? I do not need a relieving letter from Company B for Company C.
