Hello all Artisans - (of the Future Ready Workplaces), It is indeed a pleasure to get connected with a very renowned, reputed, and authentically dedicated platform of HR. I know HR is not only a limited function, as it used to be in the earlier four decades, but is going to see a lot of transformations, optimizations, and meaningful improvements that will support productivity, cost optimization, and other futuristic developments that any industry will demand.

As we all know, this pandemic has pushed everyone hard and forced every individual to get better at accepting and acting upon the need for the required change. Taking it further, I would like to invite you all to start a meaningful discussion.
