Hello all Artisans - (of the Future Ready Workplaces),

It is indeed a pleasure to get connected with a very renowned, reputed, and authentically dedicated platform of HR.
I know HR is not only a limited function, as it used to be in earlier 4 decades, but is going to see a lot of transformations, optimizations, and meaningful improvements that will support productivity, cost optimization and other futuristic developments that any industry will demand.

As we all know, this pandemic has pushed everyone hard and forced every individual to get better at accepting and acting upon the need for the required change. Taking it further, I would like to invite you all to start a meaningful discussion.

I would like to invite you all to share your comments, views, perspectives, thoughts, feelings on the topic below. I have tried to give certain topics to think about.
"How would you like the future workplaces should be? in terms of Safety, Productivity, Employee experience"

I am looking forward to an inside-out brainstorming, that may help us all design the perfect workplaces of the future, for which we can start building our strategies right away :-)
