It has been told to link UAN with ESIC, but what to do in scenarios where
1) person has only ESIC and no UAN because they are not eligible for PF due to no past PF history and a higher salary bar?
2) person has both but has only provided the firm their ESIC number?
3) person has multiple ESIC numbers?
I kindly request the learned professionals to help me understand each scenario and what actions need to be taken.
