Planning a Staff Picnic in Surat: What Fun Activities Would You Suggest?

Hello, I am working with one of the textile companies in Surat. We have a total of 200 to 300 employees, mainly divided into a ratio of 60% helpers and laborers, 30% mid-level computer operators, and the remaining 10% senior staff. We are planning a one-day picnic in and around Surat only for our staff. What activities can we include with this picnic? Please share your opinion.

It is better to decide internally by consulting a select small group from the participants to understand "what they expect." Then cross-check the same with a larger group and implement. If external ideas are implemented, the purpose will not be achieved.
