Privilege Leave is granted only completion of 240 days in the current organization?
And is it provided only for the number of days served the previous year in a ratio of 5 days for every 60 working days/ 1 day for 20 working days?
8 casual leave +5 sick leave and unutilized leaves are accumulated to privilege leave base to the max of 21 days
