May I convince my new employer and third-party BGV agency to accept my submission of the previous employer's PF proof and offer letter instead of the relieving letter, which was not provided?
Due to some personal issues, I resigned from my previous job within a one-month period. The employer refused to provide the relieving letter because the probation period is six months. However, they suggested using the PF account and offer letter as proof for my future employment.
Should I explain this scenario to my new employer and the third-party BGV agency?
