I signed a bond for 2 years with Capgemini company, and I worked there for 3 years before resigning. I later withdrew my resignation but now wish to resign again after 20 days.

Resigning Again: Is It Possible?

Is it possible for me to resign again so soon? Are there any HR policies that may prevent me from doing so? What could be the consequences of going against HR and my manager?

You had a bond for 2 years and served more than that, completing 3 years. Hence, there is no question of any relation to a bond that is no longer existing. As far as withdrawing and resigning again, there is no legal bar on the number of such times.
