Hi Team... I recently joined a Gaming Company as an HR Admin, its a startup I have to set up the HR department from the ground itself. Please, anyone, guide me on how to act as an HR and how an HR should be?
Could you explain to me how you were appointed to a job which you have no knowledge or experience of? What sort of job interview did you have?
Just very interested in this as I see it a lot on CiteHR.
There are people here often complaining about how hard it is to get a job because they do not have the right skills, experience etc. Yet here is someone who walks straight into a HR job knowing nothing. Fascinating stuff to be sure.
I do have experience of 3 years in HR Admin. But i would like to know more about HR tools and latest metrics used in HR
