Can My New Employer Object to My Previous Company Handling My PF After I Left?

I joined Company A on 21st Oct 2021 and then I received a good offer from Company B, so I joined B on 30th Oct. I informed Company A on 10th Nov that I could continue, but they asked me to return the 11 days' salary for October. I returned the same, but the issue is they had already created the PF and deposited the PF amount. Can Company B object to that?

Disclosure of PF and UAN Numbers to New Employers

As Company A has already opened your PF number, UAN number, and deposited the PF amount, you have to disclose the same to Company B. Against one set of KYC of any employee, it is not possible to open another UAN number.

Possible Objections from Company B

Why would there be an objection from Company B? In my opinion, there should not be any issue.
