Do Special Allowance and Other Allowances come under PF deductions in Telangana in November 2021?

Whether an allowance would be covered or not would depend on the nature of allowance. Talk to some PF Consultant or the PF Inspector, if he can be taken into confidence.

All allowances which are paid to all employees commonly are considered as part of salary qualifying PF deduction. Therefore, if you pay special allowance and 'other' allowance to all employees irrespective of any 'special skill', the same should be part of PF qualifying salary. Of course, if you wish, you can restrict the contribution to 12% of Rs 15000.
