Waiting Over a Month for My Relieving Letter – How Can I Get It Resolved?

I resigned on 08/10/21, and since then, I have e-resigned. I have a recording stating that the full and final settlement (FNF) and relieving letter will be provided. However, it has been more than a month, and I have not received the relieving letter as promised. Someone, please help.

Respected Sir/Madam,

I would like to bring to your kind attention that my name is Mr. Kota Ramesh, Employee Code HDB56833, CE Credit Manager. I have been working at your company, HDBFS Financial Services, from August 9, 2016, until September 15, 2021, in the Construction Equipment department as a Credit Manager, with employee ID HDB56844.

On June 24, 2021, I submitted my resignation letter, which was duly approved by Mr. Koteswara Reddy, Cluster Credit Manager, and I have completed my notice period.

I am writing this letter to inform you that on September 15, 2021, I was relieved from my position at HDBFS Financial Services. However, my full and final settlement has not been processed. I kindly request you to complete the full and final settlement and send it to me. Additionally, I would appreciate it if you could provide me with my relieving letter at your earliest convenience.

You should have followed up with the authorities concerned. What is their response? What is the practice at the organization? Do they ultimately pay or evade altogether? You can send them a legal-sounding letter or get issued a legal notice with a copy to the Labour Officer of the area. It should elicit some favorable action.

Issue with Full and Final Settlement

HR said, "After you were relieved, your employee ID and password were used to log in to various PCs and systems. Emails were forwarded only to the organization team, and not to my ID, which is why my full and final settlement (F&F) was stopped. My colleague informed me of the above-mentioned reason for the halt in my F&F. Additionally, photo snapshots were sent to me for verification. This is for your information. I'm sure my ID and password were not shared with anyone. We requested an investigation by phone to find out who is logging into my employee ID. However, 45 days have passed, and there has been no response from the organization. Please help."
