How Can I Make Our Employee Anniversary Emails More Heartfelt and Personal?

Arunaa
Respected all,

In our company, we have planned to celebrate all employees' joining dates. For instance, if a person, such as A, is working in our company and completes one year of service, we traditionally celebrate their joining date by organizing parties.

Now, we have decided to give them greeting cards. My question is, if I am sending them cards or wishes through email, what kind of words can I use? Can you please suggest some words?

Thanks with Regards,
Arunaa...

Oh, I think I have sent you the wrong message. My friend was asking if I have posted here. Regards, Gops

Hi Aruna,

You may mention:

This day, last year, you stepped into (company name) with confidence in yourself and with a belief that nothing can stop you from being successful. From that day, time flew, and successful you were in your endeavors, both personal and professional. As you gear up to face the year ahead, it's "time to celebrate" as you have completed (duration) years with us in (company name). We, at HR, congratulate you on this occasion and wish you all the best.

Hope this is of help to you.

Regards,
Shweta

Hi Gops,

The sentence is okay. No problems with that. But I am planning to send them greeting cards designed by us. Could you please suggest some sentences related to that?

Thanks with Regards,
Arunaa
