Does PF Refund under ABRY affects the P. Tax deduction as after refund of ABRY amount?

Hello Seniors, Please advise on ABRY Relief. Does PF Refund under ABRY affects the P. Tax deduction as after refund of ABRY amount; Gross Earning will increase and this will affect on P. Tax Deduction in case of an employee drawing gross earning less than or equal to Rs.10000/- (Maharashtra Slab). Kindly advice.
