Old company not relieving me due to attrition - supervisor already sent my details for an extension to HR

Hi All, I had resigned from my company as I got a new offer from a new company. The notice period was short around 11 days, remaining I was ok with the payout. My Supervisor kept on persuading me to extend the notice period as it would give him attrition. As a good employee I informed him would try however was unable to do so. Now he is informing me that since i had committed to him that he would extend the notice period, he has already sent my details for an extension to HR. Hr informed that since it was done on our portal it was irreversible.

I went to the portal and rejected the extension on my last day (25/10/21 as per my resignation). Never logged in to my old company after that. I have already joined another company(on 26/10/21) they want my relieving letter. Now i can have access to my earlier company portal, it's showing my attendance as SUPL after my last day. I have already informed hr(old company) about my rejection of the extension of the notice period and she informed me that my supervisor and manager are discussing my last day. My question is since I worked till 25/10/21, will my relieving letter have that date or as per my supervisor as he had applied for my extension. The supervisor did not answer my call. Have submitted my id card as per the HR instructions to the old company on 26/10/21 and have sent an email for the same to HR.

When you have submitted your ID card and rejected extension of notice period, the logical answer is that your last working day has to be 25th October. Stay in touch with HR and persuade them for your relieving & experience certificate.
