Employee recreational ideas differ from one industry to another but the idea of engaging employee’s remains the same.

2 Celebrations: Birthdays, Regional and National festivals, service anniversaries, Annual days, and cultural days can be planned.
3 Internal Magazine: This can be used as a platform to pool employee ideas and bring out their hidden talent. Safety slogan, appreciate for cost-saving/cutting suggestion award, etc.
4 Rewards & Recognition: You can design many programs like attendance bonus monthly/annually incentive schemes, performance-linked bonuses, meal vouchers, etc.
