What is the wage ceiling in the case of calculating compensation for temporary disablement under the Employee Compensation Act of 1923?

Dear Pratap, Shriman R N KHOLA has already conveyed the ceiling amount of INR 15,000. However, the compensation is payable in a half-monthly payment of the sum equivalent to 25% of the monthly wages of the employee, to be paid in accordance with the provisions of sub-section (2). The maximum term period for compensation is 5 years.
