Employer Contribution after retirement and job on a contract basis - mandatory or not?

kralpy
Hi all, Suppose if an employee is retiring from his service say 58 or 60 years of age, and after a few years enjoying his retirement life he got another job on a contract basis. Is it mandatory for the employer to contribute towards his EPF for the salary/wages given during contract time?

The employee is getting a pension from EPFO.

It is not mandatory for the employer to contribute towards his EPF for the salary/wages for given person.
