Please send me information regarding the HRM subject on how to do the project. My project is basically on my university. We conducted a SWOT analysis of our University and found many problems regarding the management and the whole university. I attached my findings. Now, in that situation, how to overcome these problems? How to solve these problems? Can anyone help me? It's a complete project which includes: SWOT analysis of university, Citation (means that if these kinds of problems are faced by any university, then what kind of steps they take to overcome these problems), Problem solution, Recommendation, and all the topics on how we can relate with HR.
