Which profile will be higher by the hierarchy in HR - Associate Director HR or Sr. HR manager?

Hi Guys, I have one query, just want to know which profile will be higher by the hierarchy in HR.
Associate Director HR or Sr. HR manager in any IT company ? (companies are 500 headcounts).

I am assuming first one but still want to know from an expert.

Of couse as you understood, it is Associate Director.
The Director has different outlook roles and responsibilities compared to the limited role of a Manager.
