Please tell your employer to pay membership of atleast 1m of naukri.com atleast you will get quality resume and deserving candidates. On indeed job posting is free butyou don't receive quality resume I posted for BDM and I was getting resume of area sales manager I guess the one whol applied was dumb applying for position for which not even eligible.
