You need to inform the employer of your academic status, if it has not been communicated already. Seek clarification on your employment status. They may consider your case favourably.

When there is an education criteria of 80%, how come the Offer was rolled out at all by the Company in your case?
There COULD be some conditional clauses that allow those with lower than 80% also to be considered.
