I am a graduate in Math, executive secretary with 14 years of experience supporting general office administration, facilities, HR, Operations and Marketing & communications. Since secretary roles does not have career growth, I decided to do MBA and move to a managerial role. Which specialization should I do in MBA if have options of HR, Finance, Analytics, Sales and Marketing, Leadership & Strategy and Operation & supply chain. I want to take up the specialization in which my experience can be added. For example, if I take sales and marketing, I would be considered as a fresher and my 14 years of experience would have no use. So which specialization should I go ahead with?
