In BGV process will they also check my designation and if they find that my designation and role was different then will they terminate me?

Hi team, I am working as a Tech support Engineer and for changing my job title I started looking for a job as a cloud engineer and I also got the job as a cloud engineer in good MNC company.
My question is in the BGV process will they also check my designation and if they find that my designation and role was different then will they terminate me?

In BGV, designation can also be verified and if found discrepancies, there can be further inquiry into it to verify the same.

Since it is becoming a regular practice of the on-boarding process, one need to be alert on this.
