Bid for a government tender - EPFO registration done on my personal name instead of my Firm Name

BHARAT HIRANI
Sir, I'm the owner of a proprietor firm, and while registration in the EPFO and ESI portal for my firm, it had been done on my personal name instead of my Firm Name. Now, if I bid for a government tender where registration of bidder is mandatory in EPFO/ESI portal, will my bid would be considered valid or invalid, as I don't have time for a correction in the name.

You have a proprietary firm. What documents do you have for the same.
If you do not have a PAN Card in the name of the organisation it will not allow you to register on PF portal with the firm's name

Check the tender terms. Probably there is a clause that refers to your problem. Else you need to give a declaration that you are the proprietor and therefore the registration is in your name
