Will My Government Tender Bid Be Valid with EPFO Registration in My Name Instead of My Firm's?

BHARAT HIRANI
I'm the owner of a proprietorship firm, and while registering in the EPFO and ESI portal for my firm, it was done in my personal name instead of my firm's name. Now, if I bid for a government tender where bidder registration is mandatory in the EPFO/ESI portal, will my bid be considered valid or invalid as I don't have time for a correction in the name?

Documents Required for Proprietary Firm

You have a proprietary firm. What documents do you have for the same?

If you do not have a PAN card in the name of the organization, it will not allow you to register on the PF portal with the firm's name.

Addressing Registration Issues

Check the tender terms. Probably there is a clause that refers to your problem. Otherwise, you need to give a declaration that you are the proprietor, and therefore the registration is in your name.
