Dear All, I have a query regarding whether, if we appoint an apprentice through ITI BTRIC (Basic Training Related Instruction Center), they are eligible to approach the union. Experts, please advise.
Approaching the union or raising a grievance through the union is a fundamental right for anybody. It cannot be denied. Once a dispute is raised, you will have to go through the process; there is no escape from it.
