I have spent roughly 10 years in HR, working for multiple industries in various roles such as Recruitment, Payroll, HRMS, HR Operations, and a bit of PMS. Essentially, you could say I have an HR Generalist profile.

However, I feel the need to update myself as things are changing quickly. Therefore, I'm looking for a professional course in HR, like the HRBP and Performance Management Expert.

I would kindly request your guidance or suggestions on the following points:

1. Which HR course (HRBP certification, Performance Management certification) and institute is better for future prospects?
2. Which institute is better, AON Hewitt HR Certification, or any other?
3. What does the future look like, and in which field should we choose to specialize?
