Hello Everyone, Can you tell me If any Company takes NPS(National Pension scheme) for organizations and employees, Still they need to take Provident fund for employees?
In short -Can NPS replace Provident Fund?? Please reply. Thank You

NPS will not replace EPF. Employees Provident Fund is mandatory even if you have opened National Pension Scheme accounts for your employees.
