Employment Notice Period - when employer hasn't kept their promises

Hi, I am doing a job in a consultancy company. The Issues I am facing here are:

-During the interview they had promised for attractive leave policy, but while providing an appointment letter they had completely changed the leave policy
-During the interview they had promised to shift me near my home within 3-4 months, but now after 3 months, they are not shifting and asking me to wait for more 7-8 months, also saying that even after I will not be shifted there permanently, they say, I will be shifted near to my home after 7-8 months for 10 or 15 days a month, for other 15-20 days, I will have to spend far from my home
-The thing is, all these communications were verbal, I do not have any communication proofs
-Appointmentment is having a notice period of 3 months,

I have sent them mail before 15 days regarding my resignation, where I mentioned all these actual reasons for my resignation, but they had still not replied to the mail
Now I want to leave the organization immediately, but having fear of legal actions, I want to know, what I should do, should I leave the organization or not, or need to persuade the complete notice period?

I am Assistant Quality Manager here - Having a salary of more than 20k but less than 30k
