EPS After Attaining 58 Years of Age - "E03: Benefit Against the Scheme Certificate Has Already Been Taken"

Sir, One of my friends has attained 58 years and she has claimed the PF amount online and her total service is around 12 years. We had tried to claim EPS fund online but an error is showing. "E03: Benefit against the Scheme certificate has already been taken". Kindly advise how to go about this.

As the service period is more than 10 years, now she is eligible for pension, therefore, amount deposited in pension fund can not be withdrawn.

Sir, Thanks for advise. She wanted to apply for pension as she had attained 58 years of age but the error was showing and were not able to move forward online. "E03: Benefit against the Scheme certificate has already been taken"

It is better to go directly to concerned PF office and submitted Pension Certificate, Bank pass book copy to be submitted along with covering letter.
