Facing "E03" Error When Claiming EPS at 58? How Can We Resolve This Issue?

One of my friends has turned 58 years old, and she has claimed the PF amount online. Her total service is around 12 years. We attempted to claim the EPS fund online, but an error is appearing: "E03: Benefit against the Scheme certificate has already been taken." Kindly advise on how to proceed with this.

As the service period is more than 10 years, she is now eligible for a pension. Therefore, the amount deposited in the pension fund cannot be withdrawn.

It is better to go directly to the concerned PF office and submit the Pension Certificate and Bank passbook copy along with a covering letter.
