Remuneration Structure in an Insurance Company in the Bancassurance Department

I am currently working in an Insurance company in the Bancassurance department as a team leader. The current remuneration structure is not friendly both for us team leaders and our juniors (Bancassurance sales officers at the bank branches). We had discussed this with the company GM and were instructed to come with a remuneration structure that will favor both parties. Our meeting is tomorrow at 9:00 kindly assist if you have something.
