For change management, you have to follow the books of Strategy Guru, Michael E. Porter, or you may also try books on Business Policy and Management written by LM Parsad, S Chand Publication, and PK Ghosh's Strategy Planning and Management. I have no knowledge about the websites dealing with these topics.

You may also explore case studies on Lacme India and how it was sold by TATA's.

Dashman Company is a very old case that highlights the fundamental concept of change management and resistance shown towards change. It is a two-page case with a lot of scope for discussion and debate.
