As per the PF Act, Neem employees are covered under EPF and not exempted. But many companies like Team Lease are not paying EPF for Neem employees. Is it right? And What action will be taken by the PF department
Why for Neem employees only. There are many organizations who are supposed to be cover under EPFO, but no registration and no compliance. Even after registration many employers are not complying properly.
There are huge gap in the systems. In the instant case if it is officially reported to EPFO office of the area, they may initiate action.
