hi Shravan,
12 leaves per year i thnk so.
generally leaves would be divided into
Sick leaves & casual leaves
In casual leaves few would be paid leaves
which are entitled to paid at end of the year if not used.

Thank you naveen for your suggestion. But what i think as per the labor law..there must be atleat 1leave per 20 working days. so it comes to 1.5 leave per month and min 18 leave per annum..isn't that sooo
