ESIC Payment Stuck: How Can I Resolve This Without a Response from Support?

As per the attachment provided, ESIC remittance was made on 29th July, and neither the amount was debited from the employer's account nor credited to the ESI account. This grievance was escalated to [Email Removed For Privacy Reasons] and [Email Removed For Privacy Reasons], but there was no proper response from them.

Can this issue be resolved in any other way? Please advise.

If the amount was not deducted from the bank, then it's a failed transaction. Generate another challan and pay.

The ESIC amount was debited from the company account on 12th Feb but still reflects as a pending payment in the ESIC portal. Can I get help regarding this issue?
