Pending Transaction Shown in the ESIC Portal - Can this issue be resolved in any other way?

Sir/Madam, As per the attachment given, ESIC remittance was made on 29th July and neither the amount was debit from the employer's account nor the amount is credited to ESI account. This grievance was escalated to [Login to view] and as well as [Login to view]. But there was no proper response from them.
Can this issue be resolved in any other way? Please advice

If the amount was not deducted from the bank, then it's a failed transaction.

Generate another challan and pay.

The esic amount was debited from company account on 12th feb but still reflected pending payment in esic portal. Can i get help regarding this issue
