Navigating PF and Pension Withdrawal After an Employee's Death: Which Forms and Documents Are Needed?

One of our employees joined in 2010, resigned in 2019, and died in 2021. We submitted Form 10D and Form 20, but they were rejected. Can anyone suggest the forms to be submitted for PF withdrawal (both PF and pension withdrawal)? Also, what are the supporting documents that need to be submitted?

As per my knowledge and recent updates from EPFO, family/nominees/suppose need to fill a composite claim form, which will have the options of PF, pension, and EDLI (insurance linked with PF).
