Suggest the forms to be submitted for PF withdrawal (both PF and pension withdrawal) incase of death

One of our employees joined in 2010 resigned in 2019 and died in 2021. We submitted form 10d and form 20.but were rejected. Anyone, please suggest the forms to be submitted for pf withdrawal (both PF and pension withdrawal). which are the supporting documents to be submitted.

As per my knowledge and recent updates from EPFO family/ Nominees/ Supose needs to fill composite claim form which will have the option of PF, Pension and EDLI ( insurance linked with PF)
