Dear All, I am running Development Centres for high potential identification and development within my organization. I want to design a feedback form where I could capture the participants' experience. I have the following parameters in mind: robustness of the process, alignment of tools with daily work life, the time limit to complete the exercises, feedback aiding in IDP creation, etc. Can somebody please share a sample of the form they have been using? Also, let me know if I can add more parameters to the instrument. My objective is to measure the effectiveness of DC.
