What courses should one take if someone has experience in HR for 4 years?

Hi all, I have completed my graduation in Economics as well as a diploma in Hotel Management and have 4 years of experience as an Hr with recruiting consultancy. Which courses would be good if I want to enhance my skills in Hr field and get hired by a reputed MNC
