Terms and Conditions for Appointment Letters
There is no separate format for hospitals nor a partnership kind of establishment, but you should include all the terms and conditions of service. This should cover aspects such as salary with a full breakdown including deductions, probation period if applicable, procedure for confirmation, any necessary termination clauses, notice periods for both probationary and confirmed employees, age of superannuation, disciplinary procedures, dress code, code of conduct, applicability of service rules as outlined in the employee manual, transfer policies, shift schedules, and any other pertinent information that you wish to communicate to the employee prior to their joining.
