Work-from-Home Arrangements

For work-from-home arrangements, the major focus remains on productivity, quality, and the measurement of performance. When it comes to productivity, a system capturing engagement in real-time (online method), including availability, is a must.

Performance Measurement

Regarding performance, daily performance targets (preferably set one day in advance) with milestones should be established. Quality standards, depending on the required performance, must be designed for distance working. To measure performance, the percentage achievement against the set targets/milestones on a daily basis by the performer themselves should be reviewed by the supervisor.

Interactive Sessions

Interactive sessions through a virtual mode, such as review meetings (sunrise/sunset), should be incorporated into the work-from-home system.
