RESOLVED THAT keeping in view of the company's progress and future manpower requirements with required job descriptions, there board is hereby approves the proposal of increasing the retirement age of employees from 58 years to...... Years with the consent of the interested employees.

FURTHER RESOLVED that the interested employees who wish to continue their employment shall give their consent in writing after agreeing to the employment terms and conditions on or before.........

RESOLVED FURTHER that, any director of the company is hereby authorized to revise necessary documents and to submit to any statutory or any authority as and when required"
