Any branch intending to grant officiating power to its officials for more than four days in a month must obtain prior permission from the sanctioning authority before granting such authority in the system.

Additionally, it is important to note that allowances such as single window, officiating, traveling, and halting allowances should be claimed within 30 days from the respective duty dates. All employees are requested to adhere to these instructions starting from 01.08.2021.
