Important Update: How to Ensure Your Officiating Allowance Claims Are Approved on Time

We have noticed that many employees in our organization have not been obtaining prior permission from the sanctioning authority to claim officiating allowance. The competent authority has taken a lenient approach in these cases, making decisions and granting sanctions accordingly.

Strict Instructions from Head Office

Please be informed that, in line with strict instructions from the Head Office, effective from 01.08.2021, only prior approved applications will be sanctioned. Any branch intending to grant officiating power to its officials for more than four days in a month must obtain prior permission from the sanctioning authority before granting such authority in the system.

Allowance Claim Guidelines

Additionally, it is important to note that allowances such as single window, officiating, traveling, and halting allowances should be claimed within 30 days from the respective duty dates. All employees are requested to adhere to these instructions starting from 01.08.2021.
