Dear sir, Please guide me on which forms need to submitted to which department if there is a change of Factory Manger?

Presuming the factory to be located in the state of Haryana, the provision is as follows;
As per Rule 15A of the Punjab Factory Rules as is extended to the state of Haryana, the change in Factory Manager is to be informed to the Factory Inspector. The provision is as follows.
15-A. NOTICE OF OCCUPATION (section 7).—The notice of change of manager required to be given under sub-section (4) of Section 7 of the Act shall be in Form 2-A.

Buy the book of Industrial Law and Act of Haryana or the place which you work. Get equip yourself by reading it. Have a team of educated people to talk to and get acquainted with the subject. That is primary.
Then keep a check list from the Law and Act applicable for Factories.
1. Factory License Number and mode of renewal due date.
Information needs to be provided in it. It automatically make you search the relevant information of owner directors, and Factory Manager with his qualification etc. to be submitted to the authorities.---CHECK LIST IS A MUST.
2. Then list of Forms under Factories Act.
3. Items to be displayed in the premises.
4. Other relevant Act to be followed under Factories Act.
5. Labor Welfare and Law of Labor and Employment under Factories Act.
6. Get everything under your Thumb.
7. Visit the Department and ask them to get the forms to be submitted which is the easiest one to followup with.
