Illegal Activities which could lead to financial / reputation loss to employer.

Hello Fellow Members,

Please advise wording / conditions in an appointment letter regarding illegal activities while working which could cause financial / reputation loss to any company e.g. entering bank account of his / her relatives for bank transferring salary of some other employees.
