Wanted to make a policy for the employees giving prior notice of 2 months before leaving the organization

Hello Everyone,

I want to make a policy that includes employees giving prior notice of 2 months before leaving the organization. if he/she leaves without giving information he/she has to pay 2 months salary (not only basic)
