It is difficult to tell the market trend. I know one MNC where the policy is 1 L fuel for 25 Km run of a two-wheeler, including insurance, road tax, and maintenance.

For a four-wheeler, it is 7/8 Km per 1 L fuel, including driver's remuneration (a portion), maintenance, insurance, and road tax.
