Dear Venkateswaralu,

What you are involved is a quasi judicial litigation in the form of a claim for compensation for the permanent physical disability sustained in an employment accident. Ultimately, if the claimant wins the case you will have to shell out a lot of money by way of compensation, reimbursement of the medical expenses plus 10% simple interest from the date of accident by way of interest for the entire period of default.
