Salary Revision of employee under the ABRY scheme - to show an in-hand salary of 14k

Respected Seniors, We have to revise the salary in the hand of Rs.14k of one employee. But as the employee comes under the ABRY scheme, the Manager has asked me to show them an in-hand salary of 14 k by adding employee PF in hand salary so that it will come as 14k. Now while providing a Salary Revision letter to an employee, how should I show this in the compensation structure. Please guide.

As ABRY is availed by employer, so there is no need to issue any letter, rather the salary slips will contain EPF deduction as 0 and mention ABRY

at any point of time if the employer get in-eligible due to manpower reduction, the benefit will be wiped off and in that situation the normal deductions as previous would be applicable
