Dear Abhijit, If you undertake any building and other construction work within the existing factory premises or elsewhere, you will have to comply with the provisions of the BOCW Act.
we are not doing any building construction work in Premises.
In Short we are not applicable to BOCW in Manufacturing of Machinery.
