I done my PGDBA in HR from Symbiosis and worked as an HR Executive, want to do some certificate or diploma course to improve my knowledge and to make my profile attractive. Which course suitable for my Profile.
The choice of the course depends on your interests too. In general, any basic course on Computer Skills is very much essential. Additionally, a course on SAP or data analytics or Counselling Skills or OD or Labour Laws etc could be very useful.,
