Executive Recruitment in India: Can Anyone Share Insights or Data for Directors and Above?

Hi Guys,

I work with Cisco Globalization Center. Does anyone here have any data that could help my team understand the Executive Recruitment statistics in India so that we can have realistic expectations set for our team? By exec recruitment, I mean recruitment of Director, VP, SVP, EVP, CEO, COO, etc.

There is not much information available in India about that. However, there is one report called "Team Lease survey" which you may find at their URL, i.e., www.teamlease.com. It is in PDF format and freely downloadable. It may give you a little bit of an idea about the scenario at the top level. Hope you find it useful.
